Based on current studies, the Defense Centers of Excellence have approved iRest as a Complementary and Alternative Medicine warranting continuing research in the treatment of PTSD. Additionally, the Army Surgeon General has listed Yoga Nidra as a Tier 1 approach to pain management in the military.
